About
My name is Brian and I’m an experienced yoga instructor based in Peterborough. I acquired my teaching diploma from Camyoga between November 2010 to February 2012. During this course, I was fortunate enough to be trained by some of the best yoga instructors in the UK, such as Abby Hoffman, Beverley Nolan, Carol Trevor, Halyey Winters, Louise Palmer and Phillip Xerri.
After this course, I went on to train on a one-to-one basis with Sandra Heider, MD of the Equilibrium Yoga Studio based in Peterborough.
I now strive to help people connect with their bodies and promote positive practice through the form of yoga.

Pregnancy Yoga
Prenatal yoga is a one-to-one session that focuses on breathing and light stretching for expectant mothers

I am proud to offer yoga classes that are suitable for people of all fitness levels. Together, we can work to improve your fitness, relieve stress and lead you to relaxation. All of the exercises I teach can help you reconnect with yourself mentally and physically.

One-to-One Pregnancy Yoga
Prenatal yoga is beneficial for both mother and child. That’s why I offer one-to-one sessions for both pregnant and postnatal women. This can be at one of the class locations or in the convenience of your home. For more information, please get in touch.
